GC Ladder League 2025
GC “Block” Advantage will follow a “ladder league” format.
LADDER LEAGUE 2025 – RULES
1. Ladder League will run from 1st May until 31st August (4 months).
2. The Ladder will be split into groups of four and initially players are placed into groups by handicap. This will require each player to play three matches per month. The winning player of each match will be awarded 3 points and the loser 1 point.
3. At the end of each month the two players with the most points per group will move up and the two players with the lowest number of points will move down. If players have the same number of points at the end of the month the differential on % of hoops scored to those needed to win will be used to identify those that move up and down. The new groups will be circulated at the start of each month.
4. Each game will be played to one player reaching 7 hoops. There is no time limit and the Advantage Start Scores need to be used.
5. On completion of a game please record the score on the notice board.
