Tournaments for 2026
In addition to an Alternate Strokes Handicap AC tournament in April, Crake Valley will again host 2 Advanced AC tournaments in 2026 – The Cumbria Cup and The Cavendish Clock. There will also be an AC Short Lawn competition for the Bob Vaughan Memorial Trophy in early June.
The Club will be hosting several Croquet Association GC Tournament events. GC “D level” series (10+ handicap) and “C level” (7+) will be held in May and a two-day “A level” tournament in early July. New this year is a GC “B level” event at the end of July which, unlike the other three, is not in the series and is not a National Qualifier. Completing the line up, there is a one-day Ladies Open GC Tournament in September.
Places are limited for the GC tournaments and early booking is advised. Booking for all of the tournament is via the Croquet England website early in 2026.
