Tournaments for 2025
In addition to an Alternate Strokes Handicap AC tournament in April, Crake Valley will again host 2 Advanced AC tournaments in 2024 – The Cumbria Cup (holder Andrew Killick) and The Cavendish Clock (holder Omied Hallam). New for 2025 will be an AC Short Lawn Invitation Match between Crake Valley and York Croquet Club in early June.
The Club will also be hosting two Croquet Association GC Tournament events. The GC “C level” series (7+ handicap) will be held in May and a two-day “A level” tournament in early-July. The popular Ladies Open GC Tournament will return as a one-day event in September.
Places are limited for the GC tournaments and early booking is advised. Booking for all of the tournament is via the Croquet England website early in 2025.
